It's been a while since my last post, but much has been happening in my studio nonetheless (probably why I've written so few blogs this summer:-/). Right now, I'm right in the midst of preparations for the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair, which takes place at the Old Granada Studios in Manchester 8-11 October.
Coming up to any fair, I'm busy making lists, planning my stand, making up lots of new stock, and thinking carefully how I can get all my stock in my car...this can be the most stressful when you have bulky and fragile lampshades to transport! I've a few new fabric prints at the testing phase so I'm looking forward to putting out some new lampshades out there before xmas, but more about them another time.
Do come along - it's a huge show!
